TERMS OF SERVICE

General & Use

  • I will not provide any service for AI, NFT, nor offensive purpose such as racism or any kind of discrimination.

  • Clients may not change the commission piece in any way, shape, or form.

  • Clients may crop art for profil picture.

  • Clients may print the art for personal use & personal gifts only (max 5 copies)

  • Unless specifically ordered with the "private commission" Add-on, commissions are public and might be shared on my socials.

  • NDA can be discussed for commercial use.

  • Unless specifically ordered with the "Rush-fee" Add-on, no commissions will be rushed under a month.

  • Commissions are made in my style, and will not be changed to match any other style.

  • Tracing, copy or claim of the artworks as anyone else but me is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Delivery

  • Payment 40% at the start of the commission and 60% after sketch validation. The final commission stages will not start until payment is received and validated.

  • Full refund will be made if cancelled prior to the start of the work.

  • Full refund if I am unable to start the commission.

  • No refund if I already started on the commission.

Deadline & revisions

  • 1-2 initial sketches will be provided within 1-2 weeks after validation of the first payment.

  • Limited amount of retakes during the sketch/coloring phase, client may communicate as many of their retakes all at once.

  • No retakes after the piece is final and sent.

  • Commission will be finished within a month max after the start of the commission. If I am not able to keep up with the deadline for any reason (sickness or personal event), I engage myself to let the client know right away.

  • Client may let me know if they have a specific deadline so I can move their slot accordingly.

  • Clients will be updated of their commission status on my Trello
